One to One Tuition
We offer One to One Tuition on your own PC at home so you will be familiar with how to operate your own computer instead of learning on someone elses. For this service we would like at least a weeks notice, so therefore we can only do this by appointment only. All you need to do is contact us regarding tuition help and the dates and times you would be available and then we will contact you to arrange to come round on one of those dates. We offer this at a fixed price of £15 per hour.
PC Clean-Up
We offer a PC Clean up service for a one off fee of £30. With this offer we will clean your PC to increase the speed of your computer.
Virus Removal
Basically what it says. If you have a virus, we will get rid of it. For virus removal we offer that at a fixed price of £40.
PC Problem Solving
We offer Problem Solving for FREE. Yes you read it correctly, FREE. We will advise you on any problem you have regarding you PC and let you know about it, then you have the choice to either get the work done with us or go elsewhere. However, we do strive to be the best and most affordable company in this market.
PC Upgrade Advice and Installation
With this service we will advise you on any upgrade you would be able to put on your own computer system and provide you with quotes on various upgrade parts and installation charges. Due to the various products that is available for this service, quotes will vary depending on the product requested.
Custom PC Building
If you dont want a run of the mill system that you can buy from a shop and want to build your own system without all the annoying programs that shops pre-install on their computers, then choose this service. The benefits of building your own system is that you can build it specifically with you in mind. You can have it exactly the way you want it. All Custom built PC's come with Windows7.
Data Recovery
Have you ever been unfortunate enough to have your hard drive stop working or malfunction and the only choice you had was to get a new one and bin the old one?
With our Data Recovery software we can get you old information off of your unusable hard drive. So if you need that PowerPoint presentation or your film and music files or lost all your photos you had saved and forgot to do a backup, then contact us to help get your files back. Prices vary on the amount of information needed to recover, however we will tell you the price in advance and then give you the option to go ahead with the recovery or not.
